I am currently on Tier-2 visa but my employment has ended a month back but yet to receive a letter from the home office on visa expiry. I am applying for the Global tech Talent visa and wanted to know if I should be answering a Yes to the following question while filling the application for Stage-1:
“Are you applying for entry clearance or leave to remain (stage 2) at the same time as making this application for endorsement (stage 1)?”
