Question about best placement of LOR : One of 3 LORs or MC

Hi folks,
I have secured a recommendation letter from Director of Student Affairs who saw my growth and leadership initiatives in my MBA and beyond in tech community.

I need to take a decision whether I should keep the letter in one of three mandatory LORs or show in MC with some of the supporting evidences about my mentorship and community contributions.

The recommender comes from the background of HR of public organizations and academic organizations like universities advocating for diversity and inclusion and taking initiatives for students engagement in universities.

She has great credential and public profile so thought of keeping her letter in support of application in LOR, but since she does not come from a digital tech background, I am thinking of putting in MC. Please suggest.

Recommenders in LORs must be experts in digital technology themselves as per official TN guidelines.

Thanks @pahuja. How do I demonstrate my achievements at the university from someone who saw breadth of my contributions in tech related initiatives in university.

I was thinking of having from professor in digital technology but that would be very limited in scope of the class I took with him. I was considering adding her letter of support for below mention in TN

  • You led the growth of a non-profit organisation or social enterprise with a specific focus on the digital technology sector, as evidenced by reference letter(s) from leading industry expert(s) describing your work, or as evidenced by news clippings or similar evidence.

PS: If I have other 3 evidences in MC , can I still add her as 4th MC evidence supporung my contributions

For the contribution to a social enterprise, you should get a letter from someone at this enterprise itself as it will be more relevant.

Which example of evidence does your university contributions fit in under MC to use this letter?

I played a leadership role in tech clubs and student run clubs, secured some jobs, internships and mentored students as part of this. These are non-profit orgs within university

How are these qualified as having an impact on an ngo In digital technology?

Thanks for your question.
I created digital forums for students to connect with alumni and industry leaders, I organized tech related workshops and immigration related workshops increasing student engagement rate by X %. Made inroads between students with local area startups , for example I secured a job in helathtech for a batchmate where I worked before

I also worked on projects that I was selected from competitive pool of universities students and provided my product expertise to Fintech startup

The letter has array of my contributions to local startups by providing my expertise as well my contributions in student clubs and societies
Would this satisfy the impact consideration?

Again - which NGO is this first of all? How was the NGO’s digital growth impacted by these activities you mentioned? Who from the NGO will be sharing a support letter towards this?

These are student run Non -profit organizations One is Blockchain Society and International Students MBA Association club.

I don’t have support letter directly from these organizations but from director of student affairs who oversee engagement and performance of these student run orgs

If these are student-run clubs in universities they won’t qualify as a NGO that TN is seeking for per their guidelines.
