Prove enough for Innovation/Impatcs?

You are talking about training teams on new ways of selling. This is not considered innovation: they are looking for product or digital innovation.

For Innovation (OC1), your evidence appears insufficient. Being an open-source company with news clips and testimonials alone doesn’t demonstrate innovation. The sales enablement project, while valuable, seems more like process improvement than technological innovation. Innovation typically requires showing creation of new technologies, methodologies, or significant advancement in existing ones.

For Commercial Impact, your evidence is stronger but needs more specifics. The sales enablement program with documented revenue impact and financial statements provides concrete proof. The 83% productivity improvement through project management systems is also compelling. However, you should include specific revenue figures, timeframes, and market impact data. A reference letter from senior management adds credibility, but ensure it explicitly connects your work to commercial outcomes.

Consider adding evidence of patents, research papers, or technical innovations that created new market opportunities. Show how your innovations solved unique technical challenges or created new technological capabilities. Include metrics about market expansion, customer acquisition, or industry recognition resulting from your work.

OK. I guess focusing on providing customized technological solutions to help the customer/partner for its operational excellence could do? (Digital Innovation)

OC1 Innovation - I guess I change the focus on supporting the customized technological solution for a customer/partner for its operational excellence would be better? (Digital Innovation) I’m referring a specific customer’s success case for this PoF.

OC3 Commercial Impacts - OK. I’ve provided the proof for revenue growth and compare the same quarter in two years when it’s with and without applying the program to prove its commercial impacts. And I also provided the market expansion that it grew significantly in Latin America in the same quarter. Hope these are enough? There are many confidential sales/revenue metrics/data I can not access now unfortunately, so I hope that’s enough.

And yes. I made sure the senior management mentioned the connctions from my work/contribution. BTW, does the reference letter needs a short intro about the referee in PoE?

Thank you so much!

  1. OC1 is about growth within an organisation you lead. I doubt another customer’s success could be an evidence.
  2. Might be. I would need to look at your evidences to know more.
  3. You’re using too many acronyms  . You can check official docs to know more about what a referee needs to write about
