I have 14 years of IT experience and I am owner of an IT based company in India since 2008 and didnt get any business till now, just registered it and did job in various companies. I can only proof that company registered with my name and partnership of lot of international companies like Microsoft, Barracuda, etc.
I developed a tool under that company name which is the main requirement of digital technology right now since 2017 but I didnt sell that product due to the funds specially for marketing and hire marketing and sales people in my company. I am doing job right now and trying to save money to fund the product which I developed.
My question is that I am going to apply as an Exceptional talent (technical not business). So How can I fulfil below statement mentioned in this URL:
“You should provide financial documentation and proof of earnings to enable Tech Nation to assess the strength of your application where evidence relates to business ownership, commercial contracts, employment contracts, revenue history, product/market traction, or financing history in the case of investments or funds. For work within a startup, the company’s capital raised and revenues should be provided. Any statements regarding your previous or future impact on the UK digital technology sector should be supported by relevant evidence where possible.”
@Rahul It is understandable to have a nonprofit company for 3-4 years slightly more if you are doing something significant and massive in R&D. There are examples of such a long tint but 12 years and nothing can not be justified even under the R&D. So I am afraid that company if yours is like a dead crocodile int the water. You will have to find something else which can prove commercial impact.
Actually I just registered the company and do nothing. I am more activated since 2018 and developed a tool which need marketing and I didnt find anything in the application form where I need to mention the date of the registration of the company.
OR I mention in the application form that I havent any business, Whats for opinion?
I will be honest and tell you that I don’t understand your question to the full extent. If I may be allowed to suggest, please rephrase your question giving specific details and specific question. That said, I am trying my best to answer here.

Then the company itself is of no use for your documentation. Move on.
I have 14 years of IT experience
You could use this for other criteria - but for the criteria you mentioned, working as an individual contributor won’t be of help, I believe.

Don’t really understand this bit too. Are you saying you have a product but you haven’t sold it yet since you don’t have marketing and sales people? Then you won’t qualify for the revenue history, product traction etc. However if the said product has had any traction then you can provide evidence to that effect.
If I dont use that company which registered on my name in the application then it will be a false information which will be refusal of my application if Tech Nation will know about it on any stage. Can I hide this information, that company registered with my name?
Can I provide Product Architecture design and snap shots of the product which will be considered as an evidence?

If the company is not relevant to your application, you can safely skip it. I don’t think TechNation cares about your involvement outside of the criteria outlined in your application.
Can I provide Product Architecture design and snap shots of the product which will be considered as an evidence?
You can provide whatever evidence strengthen your application. However, the question you should ask yourself is - does this evidence cover the criteria I am using. For the criteria you have mentioned in your original query, I don’t think product architecture diagrams or screenshots of the products suffice, as the focus is on “business ownership, commercial contracts, employment contracts, revenue history, product/market traction, or financing history in the case of investments or funds”, as noted in the criteria.
Technical examples of a “significant contribution” include:
• Having worked as a key engineer in the core product of a start-up, showing evidence as to how you have contributed to its success.
Documents that will be considered as acceptable evidence include (please provide more than one piece of evidence. The list below contains suggestions – other types of documents can be submitted):
• Letter from an employer wherever applicable. This is in addition to the required letters of endorsement and should to be written by another individual;
• Documentation on product designs or architecture diagram clearly showing your contribution. Demonstrates your personal work, not that of the company or team of individuals.
Can I fulfill this requirement to show product architecture with my contribution of that product and doesn’t show that I am owner of that company of that product?
Further can I get the letters of endorsement from my company which sign by other person who involve in the development of that product?
