Please review my case and share your valuable suggestion for better fitment under which sub category in Digital Sector.
It is best to list what evidence you have that meets the eligibility criteria. What are you submitting for the mandatory criteria? What two optional criteria are you selecting and what documents do you have to show you meet these criteria?
Eligibility Criteria – Talent
• a proven track record for innovation as a founder or senior executive of a product-led digital technology company or as an employee working on a new digital field or concept
• proof of recognition for work beyond the applicant’s occupation that contributes to the advancement of the field
Evidence
your career history - for example the international reputation and impact of your work –
New Technology Migration and Network Migration I have done for various client globally including local UK clients.
the strength of the statements in your recommendation letter and of the evidence in support of your application –
3 letters as a reference along with Project and Contribution details
how you’ll contribute to UK digital technology by being based in the UK
Continuous learning record and Completed certifications as an evidence
Personal factors such as your academic track record, salary level and company you’re being hired by, or amount of money raised if an entrepreneur
My academic records, Salary slip and Company reference letter
Mandatory Criteria
Company reference letter about current scope of work on New Technology/Field/Concept
3 reference letters
You command a high salary or other remuneration for your services, as evidenced by commercial or employment contracts with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings
Internal Company awards – as an optional evidence
Optional Criteria
How do I demonstrate that I have made a significant - employee of a product-led digital technology company
Salary with Bonus
Documentation on product designs or architecture diagram
How do I demonstrate that I have been recognised for my work outside of my immediate occupation that contributed to the advancement of the sector?
Speaking - specialist events for your particular field in the digital technology sector, evidence (including event size/attendance estimates where possible).
Project work guidance and mentoring for college students
You need to set out how this migration work is complex, ambiguous or difficult in some other way. Migration diagrams are very common place - setting one apart is your prerogative.
How is you continuously learning an evidence of you contributing to UK digital technology? Please find a way to link the two, else seems tenuous to me.
Same as previous suggestion. Producing product design document is easy. What will be a lot more compelling evidence is the impact - did the new design have the desired outcome that is substantial etc. Diagrams and designs are input. What you should try and prove is material outcome.
Overall, your profile looks strong, but your evidence seems weak. A lot of your evidence is from your perspective (certificates, diagram etc). What you need to start thinking about is evidence from the perspective of your company, or your customer. These are in the form of Company awards, Company achieving some milestone which can be evidenced etc.
If they cannot able to give company letterhead, will it fine to type a letter in word and take a print out, sign & send a scanned copy with their contact details?
I think the letter head question has been asked a few times. I haven’t kept tracker of all of them in the recent past. Perhaps worth digging up some of the threads?
I asked this question during a session at the recent visa report, they understand some companies have a letterhead policy. You can get a letter without letterhead, but ensure the person states an official email address in the letter. Just ensure this isn’t the case for all your recommendation letters.
@Shreeniwas_Iyer Sure, i will check the history of questionnaires. Thank you! @Francisca_Chiedu Thanks for your update. I preferably ask the letter in letter head otherwise get it as a least option without letter head.
