Please help to share your view. Not urgent…,Humble request in your free time.

You need to set out how this migration work is complex, ambiguous or difficult in some other way. Migration diagrams are very common place - setting one apart is your prerogative.

How is you continuously learning an evidence of you contributing to UK digital technology? Please find a way to link the two, else seems tenuous to me.

Same as previous suggestion. Producing product design document is easy. What will be a lot more compelling evidence is the impact - did the new design have the desired outcome that is substantial etc. Diagrams and designs are input. What you should try and prove is material outcome.

Overall, your profile looks strong, but your evidence seems weak. A lot of your evidence is from your perspective (certificates, diagram etc). What you need to start thinking about is evidence from the perspective of your company, or your customer. These are in the form of Company awards, Company achieving some milestone which can be evidenced etc.

Hi Shreeniwas, Thanks for your response.
Your inputs are very valid and i need to work more on Impact & Outcome of the work whatever i done.

#Migration & Learning.

Will articulate and prepare my evidence accordingly.

#Reference Letters

If they cannot able to give company letterhead, will it fine to type a letter in word and take a print out, sign & send a scanned copy with their contact details?

Friends, Please help to confirm.

@Shreeniwas_Iyer @zamana @Francisca_Chiedu Please help on this.

I think the letter head question has been asked a few times. I haven’t kept tracker of all of them in the recent past. Perhaps worth digging up some of the threads?

I asked this question during a session at the recent visa report, they understand some companies have a letterhead policy. You can get a letter without letterhead, but ensure the person states an official email address in the letter. Just ensure this isn’t the case for all your recommendation letters.

@Shreeniwas_Iyer Sure, i will check the history of questionnaires. Thank you!
@Francisca_Chiedu Thanks for your update. I preferably ask the letter in letter head otherwise get it as a least option without letter head.
