I am a Product Manager based in the UK. I have over 6 years’ Product experience experience working as a Product Owner and as a Product Manager. Can you pls take a look at my transcript and assess my evidence list. I crave your feedback to help me put my best foot forward. I intend to apply for exceptional talent.

a)Company A - 1st and Final Payslip + contract + comparative salary rating+ cover letter explaining it is considered high for a PM role in Nigeria

b)Current UK Company Contract + 3 months evidence of payment + comparative salary rating + cover letter explaining it is considered high for a PM role outside london (North West)

2.MC 4 -
As also evidenced in my Recommendation Letter.
a. Reference Letter from Chief Technical Officer of Company A detailing the impact of my work in building the Product to gain First round Funding. - internal communication, prototypes

b. Reference letter from Industry Leader in Company Z detailing the impact of my work - This where I worked before joining company A

(a) - Evidence of Contribution to Tech Industry Beyond My Day to Day activities.

  • Product Collaboration on a generative ai product for children I developed in voluntary capacity as a member of a growth and mentoring UK based organisation. I led other volunteers to develop and deploy accompanying materials that are used to teach children the basics of ai and to teach inclusion and diversity. This is evidenced through

5.OC2 ( c )- Reference letter from the chairman of a not-for-profit organisation focused on providing education intervention and active mentoring to students in public schools. There, I mentored over 500 pupils providing free in-person computer tutorials for students aged 10-18, contributing to their computer/digital literacy.

Hi @Mandy101

MC: you need to strengthen this. Salary evidences are the weakest docs for MC and 50% of your MC evidence is this which won’t suffice. Your MC2 only has letters which are not enough. Together letters + salary evidence is insufficient to clear MC. Additionally, clearing MC without any beyond work evidence is challenging as MC needs to prove you are a recognized leader in the industry and not just in the company you worked at.

OC2b: ensure the articles are not self-promotion articles and are in leading tech journals. In a, ensure you include the impact of your contribution and not just the contribution. OC2.c mentorship needs to be part of a structured program with selection of mentees and impact of the mentorship on the tech sector. You will need to show evidence of these.

OC3: certifications and upskilling don’t count as valid evidences for OC3. You need to showcase examples where your contribution had an impact on key metrics of a company.
