  • Jira screenshot showing me as project lead at company C and screenshot of my communication with the team as well as Miro process flow documentation.

OP1: How do I demonstrate that I have been recognised for my work outside of my immediate occupation that contributed to the advancement of the digital technology sector?

Evidences

  • Screenshot selection to be a mentor at X (a mentorship platform) after application and certificate of recognition after completion. Linkedin post of a mentee mentioning my impact.
  • Webinar poster of an invitation to play advisory role to entry level product managers on how land and maximize their first PM role and screenshot of feedback via Linkedin
  • Screenshot of invitation to facilitate product management class for 80 women across Africa and certificate of recognition. Screenshot of feedback from participants.
  • Screenshot of selection email from another mentorship program, screenshot of one of the mentorship sessions.

OP3: How do I demonstrate that I have made a significant technical, commercial or entrepreneurial contributions to the field as a founder, senior executive, board member or employee of a product-led digital technology company?

Evidences

  • Reference letter from former CEO of Company D, highlighting my contributions to revenue and growth.
  • Company D - Feature Implementations: Screenshots of wireframes demonstrating the features implemented at Company D (B2B product), corroborated adoption and usage report from company dashboard
  • Company D: Another product built from scratch at Company B shown with screenshot of wireframes and concept development as well as developer communication.

Hey, the application shows strong evidence for both mandatory and optional criteria. The salary evidence and LoRs are useful.

The evidence would be stronger with more quantitative metrics around mentorship impact and product success. Adding specific revenue numbers, user growth statistics, or mentee success stories could enhance the application. Consider including any press coverage or external recognition of the products developed.

Hi @Oduola_Afees usually TN will consider it close to application date. Will be better if you can club it with another past evidence to show a track record and not just one-off

  • MC is weak. Salary evidence and letters are insufficient to prove leadership in industry. Your third evidence also is internal evidence and nothing to do with industry.

OC2:

  • mentorship needs to show it’s a structured program with selection of mentee. LinkedIn testimonials are not valid per guidelines. Please use email format instead.
  • LinkedIn screenshots aren’t valid. Need to show stronger evidences and impact of work on field advancement.

OC3 needs to show quantified impact in terms of company metrics.
