@Francisca_Chiedu @Maya @hsafra @pahuja @cosmic.wilderness I would love your feedback on the above. Thank you so much!!!

Hi @Patrick_Ogbonna

MC

  • salary evidence is the weakest evidence for MC hence you can place it as the last one
  • Does the article mention your name? What’s the proof of your self claims here? If the viewership significant?
  • 250 is not a big number of download…how does it prove you are a talent in the sector?

OC2

  • teaching at university is not the strongest evidence as it’s not a leading tech event that TN is looking for. What was the impact of this?
  • What is the scale and impact of the community on advancement of sector?

OC3

  • internal company awards aren’t valid per guidelines

Thanks for the feedback @pahuja but how many downloads on my open source project do you consider as “big number of download” because I’m stuck when it comes to it

Your application demonstrates a strong foundation. The high salary evidence and published article in major media effectively showcase your financial progression and public recognition. However, don’t forget that salary evidence by itself is no longer valid evidence for the criteria.

Focus on clearly presenting the impact of your work in each evidence. This will help the committee understand your contributions better. Your application is well-structured, but refining the narrative to highlight your unique value could enhance it further. Keep the evidence concise and directly aligned with the criteria. This will make your application more compelling.
