Your awards and recognition section is particularly strong - having multiple industry awards in 2024 shows recent achievement and momentum. The hackathon campaign evidence with 66M impressions is impressive. However, could you elaborate on the contributions you had there?

Your Optional Criteria 2 evidence looks good, especially the mentorship of 300+ students with supporting documentation. I’d suggest strengthening your Optional Criteria 3 section. The high salary evidence is valuable, but you might want to focus more on quantifiable business impact rather than just marketing campaigns. Consider providing revenue growth metrics, user acquisition numbers, or conversion rates that directly resulted from your work. Past successful applicants often included specific business outcomes tied with evidences of innovation.

One area that needs attention is your Letters of Recommendation - having three CEOs from similar tech/software companies might be seen as lacking diversity. Try to get at least one letter from someone in a different role or sector who can speak to different aspects of your work. Also, make sure each letter tells a unique story about your contributions rather than repeating similar points. Your evidence organization looks comprehensive, but double-check that each piece clearly supports the specific criteria you’re claiming it for.
