Your evidence collection looks comprehensive and well-structured. However, there are a few important considerations:

I’d recommend focusing a lot of writing efforts on your strongest evidences - likely your high salary evidence and the nationally recognized award from Global Tech Hero, as these align well with what the committee typically looks for.

For Optional Criteria 2, your speaking engagement and thought leadership evidence are good choices. The community leadership aspect particularly demonstrates impact in the digital technology sector.

For Optional Criteria 3, you have strong evidence showing career progression and product impact. The 10,000+ downloads metric and internal tool usage by 250+ employees provide concrete impact measurements, which is exactly what the committee looks for.

Currently, you’ve listed 9 pieces of evidences, which is good as it gives you room to potentially add one more strong piece if needed.

Make sure each evidence is submitted as a single PDF file with clear documentation. For example, for your product with 10,000+ downloads, combine the letter from the Co-Founder with screenshots of download metrics and any relevant design documentation into one PDF.

One suggestion would be to consider if any of your evidence could be strengthened by adding metrics about the business impact of your design work, particularly for the healthtech and fintech companies you worked with. The committee particularly values evidence that shows quantifiable impact on business growth or user engagement.

Remember to write a clear summary for each evidence piece explaining how it specifically meets the criteria you’re applying it to. This helps the committee understand the relevance of each submission.

Thank you very much. I’ll take all the feedbacks you gave and do exactly what you said especially combining my reference letter with the relevant evidence into one PDF.

Also, i think I have to convert any currency to GBP right? because what im showing is my country’s currency. What do you think? @Akash_Joshi

Yup, ideally all currencies should be converted to GBP

OC2: Need to showcase the speaking was with an attendee size of 100+, please do add pictures as well and the impact/recognition. Mentorship needs to be part of a structured program with selection of mentees, mentoring on whatsapp group won’t be counted.

@pahuja thanks for the feedback, I plan to add pictures and videos showing the entire audience to prove that it was an audience of more than 100 attendees. Also, I was invited to a tech university to speak to the students (engineering and tech students), can I use it as my speaking engagement in Optional criteria 2?

Do you plan to club the speaking engagements into one document?

Ensure you establish the tech university as a leading tech institution, if you have an invite or appreciation letter that would be great plus need to show some recognition or impact of this.

Thanks @pahuja I have just one speaking engagement and that is the one at the Tech University, Yes I have an invite that was sent via mail, and I can also get an appreciation letter from them

Got it! Then it’s a chance you are taking because they look for speaking at leading tech events primarily.

Please @pahuja, considering the new changes made to the guidelines stating that online mentorship on platforms like ADPList does not count. How can one prove that mentorship was inperson and is there any thing one should look out for?

Need to prove it was part of a structured mentorship program with selection of mentees, impact of mentorship

Okay thank you. I think I will just focus on other pieces of evidence as I don’t have that
