Hi,
I am preparing for applying for the exceptional talent. I’m a Data scientist with 14+ yrs of work experience and working in fintech organisation and prior to it was working with P&C Insurance, Investment banks etc.

Recommendations:**

  • Co-Founder of Home interior tech company (Startup) Singapore with exceptional profile.
  • VP of Fintech Company in UK
  • VP of a big SaaS company in US.

Mandatory Criteria:
1- Delivered multiple sessions (Tech Talk) at APAC level Data conferences, also part of round table discussion, with more than 200 audiences.
2- Projects on Large initiative on multiple projects, one of the project was highlighted by CXO in one of the interview (didn’t mentioned my name but telling about the project which got implemented)

Optional Criteria 2:

  • Mentor letters from 2 Deemed universities, where delivered technical sessions in multiple years.
  • Mentor letter from India head of SMT solution provider, for mentoring people from different streams to digital technologies.

Optional Criteria 3:

  • Software architecture documentation for my platform from my last 2 organisation (Fintech and Insurance products)
  • Screenshot of my contribution to the development of the product platform

My concern: someone in the group can help me as proof are enough to prove my case. Or anything is lacking. Thanks

You need two evidence in each criteria , however,I think you should have more evidence in your mandatory criteria 3 or 4, just incase the assessors have concerns about one or two of your evidence. The second evidence for your mandatory criteria is not strong, are you going to get a reference to support the interview?

FOr the mentorships, do you have pictures or videos. Best to add pictures with your reference to make it more authentic.

Optional criteria three, what do you mean by screenshot of your contribution?

Thanks for prompt response. Here are my comments -

  1. The second evidence for your mandatory criteria is not strong, are you going to get a reference to support the interview? - Yes Video interview link and recommendation from one of the team member that i have developed the solution.

  2. For the mentorships, do you have pictures or videos. Best to add pictures with your reference to make it more authentic. - For colleges - Yes, I do have pictures to support it.

  3. Optional criteria three, what do you mean by screenshot of your contribution? - I do have tool’s screenshot, which i developed.

Please let me know if this is enough or i need gather more evidences to prove. Thanks

I think you should have more than 6 evidence for exceptional talent. University mentorship is no longer considered a strong evidence. So you just never know which will be rejected or accepted.
