Please help review my application - Exception promise route

Hi everyone, thank you for the tremendous support this forum provides. I’ve been able to put together all the evidence for the Endorsement application. I am applying for the exceptional promise route under the business track as a product manager.
I’m about submitting but I need help reviewing it and confirming the evidence structure. My understanding is that I can mix and match any of the 10 documents and submit them as evidence for each criterion. Kindly help review and confirm the structure. Thank you

Hi @Bkmi

This is an incorrect structure.

You can only submit a maximum of 10 “unique” evidences across the 3 criteria. You cannot repeat an evidence used in one criteria and another criteria.

Got it! Thank you so much

@pahuja
Please can you confirm if this arrangement works?

MC
Evidence 1 - Financial Compensation Information
Evidence 2 - Product Development within the Digital Technology Sector
Evidence 3 - Product Strategy and Execution
Evidence 5 - Industry Recognition and Thought Leadership
Evidence 8 - Reference Letter from Co-founder, Builders Tribe

OC 2
Evidence 4 - Mentorship and Community Engagement
Evidence 10 - Proddly: Advancing Product Innovation and Execution (Proddly is an application I’m developing to streamline product development processes using AI - it’s still in development though)
Evidence 6 - Endorsement letter for Proddly from a UK-based product manager

OC 3
Evidence 7 - Technical, Commercial and Entrepreneurial Contributions to Optimus by Afrinvest
Evidence 9 - Reference Letter from Head of Product, Afrinvest West Africa

Just the titles here look ok. Ultimately it’s the quality of content of the application and strong third-party validating backing evidence beyond self claims.

In MC, ensure you showcase how your contributions place you as a leader in the sector.

In OC2, mentorship needs to align with guidelines and strong backing evidences. Need to demonstrate how your work has an impact that advanced sector.

OC3 needs to clearly demonstrate quantified impact in terms of metrics.

Your OC3 looks like can do with one more evidence while MC can do with one less

You’ve included a good mix of financial details, product development records, and reference letters, which is a strong start. However, I noticed that some of your evidence is being used for multiple criteria. While this is allowed, make sure each piece clearly highlights different aspects of your work for each criterion. Also make sure to limit to 10 evidences overall, as pahuja already mentioned.

For your reference letters, it might be helpful to have them focus on different strengths. The letter from the co-founder could emphasize your entrepreneurial impact, while the one from the Head of Product might highlight your technical skills. When it comes to your product development evidence, try to include specific metrics like user growth or revenue increases to make your case stronger.

Your mentorship evidence could be improved by adding things like participant testimonials or records of event attendance. For industry recognition, make sure to link your thought leadership to real-world outcomes, like how your ideas have been adopted by others.

Lastly, ensure that all your product strategy documents include dated screenshots to show they are current and have been implemented in real-world settings.

How many evidence are you submitting?
