Please help me check the evidences/docs I intend to submit below and let me know if I am good to go…

I want submit as an experienced front-end developer under the Exceptional Talent category.

LOR 1: Letter from a digital tech expert and the CEO of an NGO. I have been working for them for 4+ years

LOR 2: Letter from the Laboratory Director of a Medical Laboratory Center. This my 3rd year with them.

LOR 3: Letter from a digital technologist and the CEO of a Steel Company. Have been working for him for 4 years.

MC1: You led the growth of a non-profit organization or social enterprise with a specific focus on the digital technology sector, as evidenced by reference letter(s) from leading industry expert(s) describing your work, or as evidenced by news clippings or similar evidence.
//My Evidence: Docs showing the website developed for the NGO with integrated features, which led to numerous donations from people via the platform.

MC2: You command a high salary or other remuneration for your services, as evidenced by commercial or employment contracts with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings.
//My Evidence: Bank account statement of my agency, including receipts of completed contracts.

OC1.1: Evidence of innovation/product development, proof of product in market and associated traction through revenue.
//My Evidence: A popular business directory platform, being used by many local businesses as an avenue of online advertisement and digital presence. Will show the usage metrics and analytics as well.

OC1.3: Evidence of domestic and/or international sales should show customer numbers for each country in which the company is operating, including a ranking of your distribution channels with a breakdown of when these sales were achieved for each channel (i.e. online, physical retail, 3rd party distributors, resellers etc.).
//My Evidence: Will show receipts of services rendered to customers (online and offline) with their respective dates.

OC3.3: Documentation on product designs or architecture diagram clearly showing your contribution. Please ensure this evidence is no more than three A4 pages long and demonstrates your personal work, not that of the company or team of individuals (please provide more than one piece of evidence).
//My Evidence: A UX Design I did for a tutor app and/or the business directory website. I intend showing the sketches, user flow, lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes.

OC3.7: Documents detailing your significant contribution towards commercial success (such as evidence of sales pipeline built and delivered, growth generated, leads generated, processes developed and implemented).
//My Evidence: Docs showing proposals and the awarded contracts, leads generated and the generation process.

Hi @Mekxpress are all the evidence documents self-documented claims or are they supported by any external evidence?

They all have external evidences. I mean, the evidences can be verified by clients or companies I did the work for. (If that’s what you mean).

What external evidence (apart from self claims) are you providing to support the work you are showing in these criteria? Any support letters, news articles, media coverage with name mention?

Okay.

  1. Support letters from the companies I worked for.
  2. Online feedbacks and testimonials on Google and trustpilot.

Will these be enough?

If the support letters are detailed specifically highlighting your personal significant contribution to the innovation and impact mentioning quantified impact then maybe. Usually employer letters are not in-depth.

Do the testimonials & online feedbacks mention your name? If not what’s the proof of your self-claims?

My comments as following:

  1. Number of evidences can be 10 Excluding recommendation letter. Do you not have more evidences to support your application?
  2. OC3 - UX design. what is the impact of it? more sales? more subscriptions? is it supported by letter? or numbers? Statics showing the impact of your design ?
  3. is the directory innovated by yourself? or company? is your name mentioned anywhere in articles or are you share holder?! or hired contractor?
  4. is sales done by you? or your strategy? or your design impacted growth of sales? providing general docs maybe insufficient if they dont particularly highlight your name, designation, contribution, etc?

Thanks for your reply.

  1. I have worked for numerous establishments and all of them can testify with a written letter to show how impactful my works have been.
  2. As for the online feedbacks, most mentioned the name of my tech firm, instead of my personal name.
    But to back it up, is it advisable for me to show the documents affirming that the firm is registered in my name?

Thanks for the detailed review. My responses are as follow:

  1. There are strong evidences for the number of criteria I listed above. But others are not really strong according to what TN wants.
  2. Stats are available. The analytics/metrics are strong enough.
  3. Yes! It was solely done by me in 2020 and it’s still active
  4. The sales was done under the firm. I own the firm and I can back it up with the documents and cert from the government body that issued it.
