Once visa received, how many days to enter UK

My Tech Nation endorsement has been approved and is valid for 3 months, until 15 November.

Once I apply for stage 2, and receive my visa, is there a limit for how long I have until I need to be in the UK?

I have heard that once you get stage 2 you have to enter the UK within 30 days, is this the case?

I can’t move until Jan 2023, so I am only going to start stage 2 in Nov. Is this a recommended route to delay the process?

when you apply for stage two you can state you plan to arrive January 2023, your visa will start counting from the date you choose.
