OC4 letter of support format

Hi everyone! I have a question regarding the 3-page limit for OC4 evidence.

I’m uploading a supervisor support letter (DocuSign) and my transcript. Including the DocuSign audit trail and the transcript’s abbreviation legend pushes the total evidence length past 3 pages.

Do assessors count the audit trail and legend pages toward the limit or is there an exception for official administrative pages? I’d be very grateful for your help!

Whilst letters of reference submitted within criteria to support an evidence should not be the same as those submitted for LOR, they should however meet the same format and specification as required for the 3 mandatory letters and one of those specifics is

Be up to 3 single sides of A4 paper, excluding the author’s credentials and contact details

So, because the DocuSign includes the author’s credentials like signature and what have we, they are not included in the 3 pages. That means, asides the letter other credentials can span beyond page 3.

The audit trail is not counted as part of the 3page limit.
