[Piece of Evidence 1] OC1 Digital Innovation
The first time, we came out with the customized digital solutions for a customer in the fashion/retail industry and enhanced their operational excellence . We provided this innovative solution (combining two of our products) for it, and it became our successful innovative case. Later on, we utilized the same technical solutions and enablement content for our following customers in the fashion/retail vertical.
I have:

  • the screenshots of the tailored sales enablement-related content, training, coaching, and activities that’s taiored for the fashion/retail customer/partner

[Peice of Evidence 2] Commercial Impacts
We’ve built an unprecedented sales enablement program that improved the “passive learning” issue for the sales organizations which is more interactive, customized with sales strategies, technical solutions, different product lines, etc. that helped the sales organizations to close more deals with the revenue increase.
I have:

  • screenshots of the program
  • a short reference letter from a technical sales lead mentioned the positive influence of the program and the revenue increase ,etc.
  • screenshots of the same quarter but different years of revenue difference to show as its with and without the program and revenue increase after having the program released for a while.
  • the market expansion: screenshots of expansion in Latin America over 90% in the same quarter.
  • Additional: I’ve built the operating model, sales enablement project management system, processes that increased productivity and sales processes.
  • a one-page reference letter from the Head of the Global Enablement Program.
  • Adding the link of my Recommendation letter that also mentioned about the positive results of the program.

There’s a lot of “we” in your post. You need to show “your” personal contribution specifically and validation of your contribution to the innovation and impact.

No because you need atleast two evidences per criteria. All your documents above look like backing support for one piece of work each in OC1 and OC3

Yes. I’m only talking about these two pieces of evidence for OC1 and OC3 as I’m unsure about how strong of these two mainly.

I’ve prepared 8 other pieces of evidences as well but that’s not what I wanted to ask here. That’s why.

The operating model documentation could benefit from visual workflow diagrams showing efficiency gains.

I suggest reorganizing the evidence into two clear sections: “Technical Innovation” and “Commercial Success”. Include a brief context paragraph at each section start explaining why these achievements matter to UK’s tech sector. The reference letters should ideally come from different organizations to show diverse validation of your impact.

This foundation meets key visa requirements. With minor refinements to emphasize measurable outcomes and technical novelty, your application will be well-positioned. I’m happy to review specific documents or help prioritize which evidence to highlight most prominently in your submission.
