Given that my location is among those listed on the submission page, I recently submitted my application for endorsement using the temporary form, but I have not received any acknowledgement email, neither from Tech Nation nor the Home Office. I have also checked my spam and junk folders.
I would appreciate your guidance on whether I need to resubmit my application or take any further steps.

You may simply follow up with the UKVI by dropping email : globaltalentendoresments@homeoffice.gov.uk
Let them know you haven’t received application acknowledgement. Ask them if they got your application or need any additional details.

Thank you so much for your kind instruction and sending the email address.
I dropped an email to UKVI clarifying my application submissions.
As a matter of fact, I initially submitted my application using the second button, as instructed, but did not receive any confirmation or application number. In order to meet the deadline, I then proceeded to resubmit my application using the standard form (via the first button). This time, I successfully received an application number.
The second application allows me to access my Tech Nation account, enabling me to monitor and edit my application, if necessary, options not available with the temporary form submission.
