Im preparing the documents for NGO category, i have a reference letter from the NGO head on their letterhead about the digital transformation that i did for them and a separate document on architecture diagram for the same. Are these evidence sufficient? Please advice…!!

The letter talks about the digital transformation like mobile application infrastructure development which had improved the ngo operations.What other proof you think it works. I have a appreciation certificate from NGo for my work as well.
@pahuja As of now, I have letter from ngo in letter head and a sample pieces of architecture diagrams 1 or 2 explaining the projects.
