Hello, what do you think is the maximum number of images to put on a single piece of evidence. I came across someone’s post which stated this as part of the reason for rejection:
“The applicant has cut and pasted multiple screenshots onto a single page and this is not acceptable. Each image is considered as an individual page and cumulatively this exceeds the 3-page limit. Assessors aren’t required to assess beyond this limit. Screenshots of social media comments/emails and letters are also not acceptable.”
In one of my docs, I plan to include 7 images in the first 2 pages in landscape mode (The images are cropped but readable and very clear. They’re also related to the evidence title) and also include a screenshots of a 2-page reference letter on the 3rd page side my side (Landscape). The audit trail will be on the 4th page.
Will any of these be an issue considering the rejection reason above?
Also, in another evidence doc, the reference letter is 3 pages so I put just the 1st and 3rd page and put a link to the whole file.
If you shrink multiple whole pages onto one page that’s not allowed, the reference letter might be an issue if you did the whole pages. If you’re just screenshotting sections of things, like a website or something, that seems to be fine.
I’d use the 2 page letter on two full pages then add related evidence to the 3rd page for one piece of evidence.
They won’t follow links. If you have a 3 page reference letter that should be a separate evidence.
Hello @Francisca_Chiedu@Akash_Joshi@pahuja . Apologies for tagging you. Could you please provide what you think might be the reason for assessors having issues with multiple screenshots on a single page even if the total pages don’t exceed 3 pages. Nothing of such is stated in the official guide. And this also has nothing to do with the screenshot being readable. Thank you
