LORs - different people from same organization

Hey all

I’d appreciate it if you could share your thoughts on this -

I’m planning to get the LORs from three different people but all from my current organization. I’m choosing it because of their profile, which is incredibly strong.

“Three letters of recommendation from three different well-established organisations acknowledged as experts in the digital technology field.”

The bolded keyword (my emphasis) here is quite clear: Three letters of rec from three different organizations that are well-established.
