LOR - CV of the author - Question

Hello,

Two of my LoR authors don’t have a CV, i will add their linkedIn profile & add the CV of my third LoR author.

My question is, where are we adding this CVs and linkedIn profiles ? I know letter is 3 pages long max, but will i create a pdf & add the CV - linkedin as a 3rd or 4th page in pdf ? or is there a different way?
and what is the proper way to add linkedin ? is it a link and a screenshot of the page ?

I just asked my referees to add a link to their Linkedin at the bottom of the letter.

I had added everyone’s LinkedIn, and email id in the LOR on the top where they have introduced themselves. I didn’t provided CV of anyone
