Letters of recommendation - Dates and Signing

Hello,
I have two questions for the letters of recommendation:

  1. Are there any specifics for the timeframe they need to be dated in (e.g. after you submit your home office application during the two weeks you have to submit all your documents to Tech Nation)? Or can the date of the letter and when it is signed just be generally in the past few weeks?

  2. Can I upload the letter to DocuSign and send it to my referee for their signature? Do I also need to sign it or just the referree?

  1. The LoR has to be recent, a few weeks before the date you submit the application is perfectly fine.
  2. Yes, upload the letter to your docusign and send it to the referee to e-sign. You don’t need to sign it by yourself - it’s their letter. Make sure to include the complete docusign trail that show the signing party has a different ip than yours.
