L’oreal UNESCO national award - help needed

Dear all,

I’m holding a national L’oreal UNESCO award and wondering whether it suites the requirements for Global Talent Visa UK endorsement?
For this award they have 3 levels - International, Regional raising talent and national awards (National and regional programs | For Women in Science)
I’m holding the national award.
Here they say if you hold L’oreal Unesco for Women in Science Award you don’t need an endorsement Global Talent: science, engineering, humanities, social science and medicine prizes - GOV.UK

But they don’t clarify should it be International or national level is sufficient.

Would be grateful if anyone knows the answer!
