@Francisca_Chiedu @Victrr Would be really happy to hear your thoughts!

You mandatory criteria is not too strong. You have only three evidence, don’t forget for promise your mandatory evidence should be more than your optional evidence. You are actually scored with two evidence for the mandatory while the optional require at least one evidence. The extra evidence are in case the assessor does not find the find two sufficient. The AWS grant is not an ward for excellence. You can still add one international conference speaking event to the mandatory criterion. For exceptional promise I would rather you have 4 or 5 evidence in the mandatory criteria.

I think the optional criteria 2 is good, your strong points are your stack over flow contribution and opensource contribution, however, you need to be sure the contribution to open source is substantial.
For your recommendation letter you need to ensure those endorsing you are considered experts. Also ensure they state your achievements and why they consider you a promising leader.

Thanks, @Francisca_Chiedu for this feedback.

Do you mean I should have like 4 points in my mandatory by moving the speaking engagements from OC2 to the mandatory part?

Also for the award part, I would find another hackathon I took second place, just wasn’t sure I should add that, was thinking AWS could suffice solely.

Please help review if the evidences I have are sufficient. Struggling to find more Optional Criteria.

MC1 You command a high salary= Payslips and offer of employment

MC 2 You led the marketing or business development at a product-led digital technology company=Company Internal Newsletter of win story of a major deal with a Big Bank in Nigeria. Contract Award letter for the Multinational deal.

MC 3:You have evidence of speaking at high-profile digital technology sector events=link to the video and pictures of the Industry events where I spoke. One was with the US embassy.

OC1 How do I demonstrate that I have made a significant, commercial or entrepreneurial contributions to the field as a founder, senior executive, board member or employee of a product-led digital technology company? = Company Internal email on overachievement of Sales Target and induction into the Presidents Club, an elite club of overachievers. Letter from Company President and Plaque. Screenshot of internal Sales CRM of contribution to the Growth of the company’s revenue. Details of other major deals won contributing to Company’s Growth.

I am struggling to get additional optional criteria
