Hi @Keji_Pius

MC1, Mc3 and anywhere else: google drive links are NOT accepted by TN. It’s better to use the information you are providing in the link as screenshots in your main evidence document in 3 pages. Your evidence will be rejected if you provide google links, the assessors will not check it.

Can you highlight which OCs are you applying to and number clearly? You need minimum 2 evidence in each OC.

From the above it looks like you are attempting OC1 and OC2: you need atleast 2 evidence each.

In the product innovation, do you have any external proof of the product in market, traction through revenue, any user testimonials, any news articles mentioning your name?

Only the curriculum won’t be enough as they need proof of mentorship with program structure. You can use this curriculum evidence in MC as outside of your job contribution.

Hi @pahuja Thank you for the feedback. I will remove the links and replace them with screenshots. I’ll also shift my current OC2 evidence to the Mandatory Criteria (MC), which means I’ll need to replace one of my current MC items. Could you advise on which item to remove and if any of my current MC can support the Optional Criteria instead?

Here’s my current approach for each criterion:

  1. OC1: I don’t have news articles with my name, but I do have documents confirming my co-founder status, along with evidence of traction, audited accounts, etc.
  2. OC3.1: I closed a significant commercial deal as COO at a startup. I have screenshots of email exchanges with the bank, screenshots of the agreement, social media announcements, and a news article with my name. While I can’t get a support letter from the founder, the Managing Director of the partner bank is willing to write one. Will that be sufficient?
  3. OC3.2: I set up subsidiaries in other countries. I have all legal documents listing me as a director and a support letter from the law firm that assisted.

I’m planning to replace my current OC3 with the evidence above. I’d also like to include a TV interview but am unsure which criteria it fits best.

Could you help me with these adjustments?

Like I said you need minimum two evidences in each criteria. So you cannot have just 1 evidence in OC1. You need atleast 1 more.

You can move your TV interview and your curriculum to MC under 1 3-pager evidence document titles outside of job contribution to digital technology sector.

You can move any product or digital innovation example from MC to OC1 if that fits. High salary is also accepted in OC1 however it’s not sufficiency and I suggest you have two innovation stories if you want to attempt OC1.

Your list of evidences seem good and i think there is a great potential of being endorsed! however, you need to jump into next steps now of organising these evidences to best demonstrate your work and strengthen your case!

As @pahuja mentioned, the number of evidences for each criteria should be 2-3. Decide on the optional criteria that best strengthen your application! do you want to demonstrate your innovation (OC1), your impact (OC3), recognised outside day to day work (OC2) ,etc?!!

Tv and media coverage best used for Mandatory as they are ‘‘recognition’’ however, i see some other members in this forum adding this to optional criteria. it depends on the content included! does it recognise you in the field? does it show your evidence? was it for the great impact youve done?!

This is all tailored to your story and your strategy!
