Support letters are accepted but insufficient to prove any criteria.

I will include my GitHub contributions and commit history for that project, my employment contract, and a blog post about the product., plus the letter

Then that would work. You can’t have a recommender also write a support letter. Also higher designations are preferred in main reco letters so you can leverage the product manager letter as a support letter.
