I need help to start my application

I need help….

I have co founded 3 startup in nigeria with a bit of national and international recognition and also have spoken at NIRA (nigeria internet registration association) I have experience over 8 years as a programmer, desktop engineer, and sales in IT field. I have recommendations from a USA registered IT company and a UK registered It company… with some well meaning Nigerians in the IT field.

Please what is the first thing I need to do about this process. I do need a hand to hand Guidiance and to how to write a successful profile and evidence organization to a successful application outcome. I have also worked in the uk as a desktop engineer.
