Regarding your point about using this same structure as the first paragraph across all your letters, if the 3 letters share the same format in any part, Tech Nation may flag them as templated or copy pasted, which can significantly weaken your application.
As I mentioned earlier, the authors’ authority, the context of your relationship, and the actual content of the letter are critical. On top of that, issues around letter origin are being scrutinised heavily now, ideally, letters should be DocuSigned or digitally verifiable so it’s clear they genuinely originated directly from the authors themselves.
