Help with extra documents to send

Hello good people of the forum. Especially those who have applied for endorsement recently through GOV.UK.

In regards to the new way of emailing documents, please I need help and clarification on what extra documents to send along with my 10 pieces of evidence, main LOR, CV, and filled (checked) checklist.

My checklist says to send “proof of any active or dissolved business you have established, had ownership of, or been a senior executive in the last 5 years.” Do I need to attach a document of this?

It also says to send the completed Tech Nation application form. Do I need to attach this as well?

Honestly, this new way from GOV.UK is so confusing. I need help on this ASAP, please.

Thank you in advance for your assistance :pray:t3:

I believe what you need to submit are the documents on your check list

You only send the documents technation asks you to send. The proof of insolvency needs to be sent with one of the 10 criterias

Thanks guys! According to the checklist, the proof of company establishment is actually separate from the MC and OC evidences. However it still makes part of your 10 maximum evidences. So if you’re including that, it leaves you with 9 (MC + OC).

This is Correct! the checklist illustrate this as additional evidence required, however, if you do so, Home Office will get back to you requesting to omit the additional evidence.

Exactly what happened! Had to decide which of my 10 evidences to omit, sadly. So, hopefully the company evidence works in my favour because fortunately, it’s woven into my narrative.
