Good day. I would like some advise on how best to approach this process based on my background and/or future goals.
I am a software developer who started my IT start up firm in 2009 doing Integrated Data Services for various clients. However, my interest in AI in 2019 drew me to eventually go for a masters programme in Data science 2023 and i just completed my research in AI for Dementia prediction. My dream is to start a Health Tech start up in the UK to address various medical challenges facing our society today. I am already working on my new project on using IoT devices to improve mental health of children.

Would I qualify for a Global Talent visa?

I don’t think you’ll qualify. Contracting / outsourcing work isn’t acceptable evidence, and a Masters isn’t enough in itself.
TN need to see evidence of contribution to endorse a visa.
