GTV for dependents after the main visa holder switch to ILR

Hi everyone,

I submitted for GTV for three years and my family had dependent visa for three years too, I am planning to submit for ILR so my question under which route my family will submit their ILR in future and once they finished the three years which extension should I submit for them?
