Mandatory Criteria: At least 2 unique documents showing you are recognised as either a leading talent or potential talent, and;
Optional Criteria: At least 4 unique documents showing you have any 2 of the other necessary skills (use 2 documents as proof for each skill).

Does “unique document” refer to a distinct achievement or project, meaning each document must showcase a separate accomplishment? Or does it refer to an individual piece of evidence, meaning that multiple documents supporting the same achievement (e.g., an award certificate and a letter of recognition for the same project) would still count as separate unique documents?

It just means having different, ie, unique evidences for each criteria mentioned.
