Government Recommendation letter

Hi,

I was wondering if a letter of recommendation from government establishment i.e. Minister can be regarded?

The letter was specific about how we know each other, my work in the tech and its impact to my country and my remarkable achievements.

He is also from tech background.

Is the Government establishment related to digital technology?

Yes it is the ministry of communications and digital economy

Just to be on the safe side, you can use it for reference letter but not main recommendation letter.
