Has anyone moved from an FLR (Further Leave to Remain) to a Global Talent Visa?

You can apply for a GTV without regard for the current visa you have. This should apply for an FLR visa too though I don’t know first hand

What do you mean. Were you successful in you FLR application and want to switch to GTV?

Hello @Francisca_Chiedu At present I live in the UK and I’m on Graduate Visa which is set to expire in January 2025. If my process takes longer, then as a plan B I want to extend my visa till I get an endorsement and Visa. If I apply for FLR as it takes 3 months to get a decision. In meanwhile If I get an endorsement can I apply for GTV while on FLR?

You need to seek advise from an immigration lawyer on your issue. You can actually apply for stage 1 and 2 at the same time.

Based on the poster comments, once agranted an FLR or any visa on discretionary ground outside the immigration rule you can’t apply for the visa.

You will need to leave the UK and apply if you have the endorsement or about to have the endorsement
