First Stage Application as a Product Designer

Good day Everyone
Thank you for being part of this Forum

Please I need your assistance. I am interested in GTV and I have 4+ years experience as a product designer. It will be 5 years in November. There are 2 Eligibility Criteria between Leading Talent & Potential Promise.

  • I want to apply as a Leading Talent but’ll be clocking 5 years as a product designer in November. My first year as a PD, the company I worked for wasn’t a tech company.

  • ⁠To apply as a Potential Promise, on the Tech Nation page…it says the person has to be in the early stage of their career.

Which one of them do you think fits my experience? I need help with this, Thank you

Hi @Onye you can apply in talent if you want to. It’s ultimately upto TN on which route they will consider you in.

However if you prefer to be assessed on talent then apply for that.
