Feedback on Mandatory Criteria plan - Endorsement stage

Hi, everyone! I was hoping you could give me feedback on my planned evidence for mandatory criteria. I believe they meet the Tech Nation guidelines, but feedback is very important

I want to apply for Exceptional Promise as a Innovator, Leadership and digital technology().

Letters of recommendation:

  1. Startup Istanbul CEO(I presented at startup istanbul)
  2. Doctor Recommendation(Associate Dean of Computing-QAHE)
  3. Doctor Recommendation(Course Leader, Creative Computing)

Mandatory criteria:

mc1: Presentation at startup Istanbul and ISRC Ulster University(with one extra recommendation letter from PROFESSOR OF Ulster)
mc2: Got funding by unicef for my research project that i was presenting,i showed leadership here, and the presentation was done by me.
mc3: Employement letter (computing Teacher)+discussed about my role and i am also the (researcher of the week ).

Hey Irfan, I recommend strengthening the employment evidence by quantifying your impact - include student outcomes, curriculum innovations, or research citations. The UNICEF funding evidence should show how your leadership directly influenced the project’s success through measurable results or follow-on initiatives.

Convert all financial figures to GBP and ensure employment letters explicitly state your digital technology contributions. Consider adding one more industry-specific recognition to balance the academic references. Your foundation is solid but needs clearer demonstration of how your work specifically benefits UK’s digital technology sector.

Maintain the narrative flow between your achievements while ensuring each evidence piece stands independently. The combination of event presentations, funded research, and academic leadership positions you well for the Exceptional Promise category when properly contextualized.

Thanks Akash, is this possible if we can have a small call on Team?
I would like to discuss few things.

Just one thought about English usage as well. Make sure your application is in perfect English with no spelling, punctuation mistakes, etc. Makes a big difference, especially for your personal statement and if you include a coverletter.
