Suppose I am already in the UK on a skilled worker visa with a strategy consulting firm, and have an approved second job as CXO (Developer profile) with a digital technology firm. How do i position this in my exceptional talent application?
To give me a brief background, i have close to 10 years experience as a ML/Data analytics developer. Although i work at a consulting firm, my role is a AI developer.
My question now is, how do i best position this?
Do i not talk about consulting job (primary visa sponsor) and instead talk about my secondary job at a digital technology startup? or
Talk about both and give evidences for both? Would the assessor challenge two jobs at the same time?
I didn’t find any guidance online and hence would be grateful for any suggestions.
Skip if it’s a strategy consulting firm or keep minimal evidences. Have seen many strong profiles and applications getting rejected from top consulting firms
so I should just exclude it from everywhere and only talk about the secondary job? Even though consulting firm is my visa sponsor? That wouldn’t be a problem with home office/TN?
The consulting firm do not meet the requirement so focus on the company that meet what is stated in the guide. Besides, since you have about 10 years experience, then use other organisations you have worked with In the last five years.
