Hi, while your application has a good base, there are several improvements we can make. While the letters from CEOs are valuable for Recommendation letters, try adding perspectives from individuals outside your immediate professional circle as additional data for existing documents. Additionally, ensure that each letter highlights unique aspects of your work to avoid redundancy.
For the mentorship section, you should include more quantifiable outcomes from your mentorship programs, such as the number of mentees impacted or specific projects they’ve gone on to lead. Similarly, try to prove how this was an offline, structured mentorship program with a selection criteria. Similarly, for your commercial contributions, consider adding more detailed metrics, such as percentage growth in revenue or user acquisition during your tenure, to provide a clearer picture of your impact.
Finally, while your evidence is robust, ensure that all documents are meticulously organized and clearly labeled to align with Tech Nation’s requirements. Focus on crafting a unique narrative that ties your achievements to the UK’s digital technology sector, emphasizing how your skills and experiences will contribute to its growth.
Thank you very much for your review, I really appreciate your time.
For more clarity, the first recommendation letter is outside my immediate circle, the letter states how he knows me, work impacts and my contribution beyond the companies I have worked for. All letters also highlights the impact of my work.
For the mentorship section, the reference letter included the number of mentees I have impacted. I have pictures for both the online and offline mentorship programs.
For the commercial contributions I will get more detailed metrics, thank you so much for this insight.
MC- What is the award about, if you are referring to your degree certificate then it doesn’t count. Not sure how leading a marketing event is connected to the award. So your evidence 1 doesn’t demonstrate your recognition as a leader.
Was your name mentioned in the article?
Evidence 3 make work but do you have a reference letter to confirm your claims.
Articles, how recent are the articles and the reach of your publications
Optional Criteria 2
Evidence 1 how does the interview advance the sector
The mentorship evidence seem fine, are they physical events?
Good morning Francisca,
Thank you for very much for your time and response.
The Award is a technology award, it was awarded to me in the last five years for my contributions to the technology sector. The marketing event I led is in addition to the technology award i was given.
