You command a high salary or other remuneration for your services- Showing my employment letter and comparison using glassdoor and other salary comparison tools to show how I earn more than 8 times average frontend developer in the country “although the values are quite small when compared to pounds do I don’t know whether that would invalidate it”
Career Progression- Showing how I was poached and how I’ve been promoted to a Senior within a year with Increment in salary and another increment in salary 12 months later in the same company.

Looking at your application, you’ve got some really strong points to work with. Your mandatory criteria look promising. The leadership evidence around the customer acquisition system is particularly strong - 20M registrations and 6M+ lines of code changes are impressive metrics, and having your senior manager back this up is great.
About the salary evidence - while it’s great that you’re earning 8x the local average, you’ll need to frame this against UK standards. The endorsing committee will be looking at how your compensation compares to UK tech salaries, so you might want to strengthen this part.
For your optional criteria, while the WebSocket communication system and live capture system show technical sophistication, it would be useful to get some more validation to prove your point. Have a look at the official documentation.
Your technical contributions evidence is solid - a customer verification platform with 9M+ users is great. The senior manager’s recommendation backing this up is valuable.
You’ve got strong support with those reference letters. Just make sure they’re specifically addressing the criteria you’re targeting.
A couple of suggestions to make your application even stronger:
You can actually submit up to 10 pieces of evidence, so consider adding more if you have other achievements
Make sure each piece of evidence tells its own clear story
For the technical projects, including some architecture details could help showcase your expertise better
Overall, you’ve got a strong application. The main thing I’d focus on is that salary evidence - just needs reframing in a UK context. Otherwise, you’re on the right track!
MC: Career progression and high salary can be combined. You will still need another evidence to demonstrate potential to lead in the industry and any national/international recognition. Salary/career progression proofs are considered insufficient anyway hence need more evidences in MC.
OC1: need to establish what was innovative about these works, your specific contributions and validation of your self-claims to these innovations, proof of innovation in market & its traction.

No it is not a strong evidence. Salary and reference letters are not enough to prove your recognition as a leader. You other evidence I. The guide like conference speaking, media recognition, awards etc
