Exceptional Promise Endorsement Rejected - Can I appeal?

I applied for Exceptional Promise under Software engineer role working as Apps & Software Development expert.

Anyone who can assist with appeal suggestion if I stand a chance. I have provided below evidence list and reasons for rejection

Mandatory Criteria

MC1
I was the lead developer for an EdTech startup, a platform that significantly advanced digital education in Country X. Under my leadership, the platform achieved substantial user engagement, generating [x amount] in 2022 through daily tutoring sessions. My contributions included transforming the platform’s architecture, resulting in improved usability and functionality for thousands of students and tutors.

MC2
Proof of high salary and comparison to the payscale.

MC3
A recommendation letter from the CTO of Company X (EdTech startup). He detailed my experience and contributions to the company.

Optional Criteria 2

OC2_1
Contributions to a women’s initiative empowering women through tech. I provided links and screenshots of a yearly syllabus for the structured course outline where I served as a volunteer teacher. I also provided a report from the NPO mentioning my name and detailing my contributions.

OC2_2
A mentor at another NPO.
I included mentee assignment emails and mentee reviews.
I included reports from the website detailing the impact on students who have benefited from this program (approximately 5000 students).

OC2_3
A startup I founded. I showed metrics, reviews, and the revenue of the product.

Optional Criteria 3

OC3_1
Contribution to Company Y’s product A.
I highlighted the increase in app downloads to 1,000+ and a 4.7-star rating since I joined.

OC3_2
Contribution to Company Y’s product B.
I detailed my contributions and provided proof.
I included a recommendation letter from the CEO backing my contributions and impact, as this information is not available on the public record.

OC3_3
Contribution to Company X’s product B.
I showed metrics from the company’s website regarding year-to-year impact.
Additionally, I demonstrated an improvement in public customer reviews since I joined.

I applied on the 31st of December and got feedback today, 17th of January

@lawkunchi Yeah I will appeal as my OC2 is accepted but MC and OC3 rejected.

Hi. My application was rejected for the first time, then i submitted a review with the same evidence and explained to them how my evidence met the criteria.
Try no harm on that
