My background:
I’m a co-founder and COO of a raw material trading startup which specializes in providing a B2B digital platform for digitizing the entire supply chain and the patent inventor of the platform. My partner and I started the company 2 years ago and we just got seed funding some months ago.
Letter of Recommendation:
LOR1: President of the stock exchange who manages an information technology company owned by the government of my country.
LOR2: CEO of Digital product agency.
LOR3: CEO of an IT Services and IT Consulting company.
MC1:
You have received nationally or internationally recognised prizes or awards for excellence specifically in the digital technology sector, as evidenced by the award itself, reference letter(s) from leading industry expert(s) describing your achievement, or as evidenced by news clippings or similar evidence.
Evidence 1) An invitation email to participate the Global Startup Program selected by my country’s Trade Agency that partners with a technology accelerator from the USA (1.5 pages). A reward ceremony invitation email for the most important recognitions for business activity awarded each year in my country (1.5 pages).
MC2:
Published material in professional or major trade publications or major media about the applicant related to the applicant’s work in the digital technology sector. You must include the title, date and evidence that you are the author of such published material and any necessary translation.
Evidence 2) Forbes online article about me and my business.
MC3:
You command a high salary or other remuneration for your services, as evidenced by commercial or employment contracts with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings.
Evidence 3) Bank money-in transaction record as “salary” (the right term should be revenue that I get from my company) sent from my company (2 pages). Official “salary” statistics of my country to make a comparison(1 page).
OC1:
How do I demonstrate that I have a proven track record or examples of innovation in the digital technology sector as a founder or senior executive of a product-led digital technology company or an employee working in a new digital field or concept?
Evidence 4) Audited account of last year
Evidence 5) Projections for current financial year.
Evidence 6) Two patent registrations including verifiable ID.
Evidence 7) Company registration which shows my company is an innovative startup.

How do I demonstrate that I have made a significant technical, commercial or entrepreneurial contributions to the field as a founder, senior executive, board member or employee of a product-led digital technology company?
Evidence 8) Company registration includes shareholding information and my position on the board (2 pages). A currency exchange statement with the UK online banking company shows the ongoing business and cooperation (1 page).
Evidence 9) A letter from the government declaring my company is awarded a public tender which is with technological content.
Evidence 10) The valuation report of my company issued by a British company.
