Exceptional Promise Eligibility Check – Product Designer with Internship, Startup & Volunteer Experience

Hello.

I’m exploring the Exceptional Promise route under the Global Talent Visa for the digital technology category and would greatly appreciate your insight.

I’m a Product Designer with experience spanning from 2022 till present, and here’s a brief overview of what I’ve gathered so far:

Resume: Up to date and focused on design roles in tech.

Recommendation Letters:

  1. One from my design internship (2022)
  2. One from a startup I worked with (2024)
  3. One from a digital summit I volunteered for as a designer (2023)

Evidence Portfolio (5 pieces):

  1. Internship design projects
  2. Contribution to the startup
  3. Volunteer work for the summit
  4. Testimonials from team members I collaborated with
  5. Design work I’ve created and shared (UI kits, systems, etc.)

I don’t currently have public speaking engagements, press mentions, or open-source contributions, but I’ve focused on real-world product design and collaborative experience across various teams and environments.

Based on this, would you consider my profile strong enough to proceed with the Exceptional Promise route?

Thank you for your time and guidance.
