  • Awards - Second place in Linkedin hackathon and Google APAC WTM scholar (this was in 2019, went to the retreat in Google Sydney on Aug 27th, 2019), scholarships to attend open source summits and Kubernetes conference,

OC2:

  • Kubernetes release shadow program.
  • Mentoring - Codepath and Open Source Day at GHC (blog post mentioning me published by my company)

OC3:

  • contribution to a company project (open source) with slack screenshot and blog post by the company but my name is not mentioned in the blog post.
  • another contribution due to which I got promo, patent is filed but there are six other people, I can support with promo/bonus letter and a company blog post(name not included)
  • Reference letter

General point, evidence and letters need to be from and about the last 5 years. A letter about an internship in 2018 won’t work, and evidence from 2019 may work if you mention just the year and not months.

LoRs:
Can you get them from more senior positions? Staff engineers may be to low a position.
You mentioned that the CEO knew you for 6 months, the letters need to be from someone that knows your work for 12+ months

MC:
Do you have pictures of you and the attendees? That can be proof
A hackathon win may bot be enough. People recently got push back on these

Is this a a structured mentorship program? How long was it?

Your recommendation letters may not be considered industry expert. Also letter from someone who knows your work for just 6 months is not acceptable. Letters must be from people who know your work for more than 12 months.

Description of your evidence are quite limited. How long and extensive are you opensource contribution. For the speaking event di yu have pictures that suggest the event is high profile? The organisers can confirm that more than100 attendees attended the event. Th Awards evidence listed don not appear significant.
