Feedback :
For MC , I have given several evidences along with reference letter but assessor not considered any of them.
For OC3, Assessor says I have exceeded limit but I have rechecked and it is within the limit of 3 pages.
Sorry to hear about the rejection. Hope your appeal lands strongly and converts into an accept.
MC
MC: it is regrettable because candidate has provided references and a personal statement that indicates some exceptional work
Is there a way you can substantiate the points made in references & personal statement with other evidence files? For e.g. if referees / your personal statement spoke about national/international awards, you could point to another file in evidence that proves it.
OC3
fails to meet OC3 because exceeded limit for evidence demonstrating significant tech/commerce/entrep. contribution
This is a shame. You could / should challenge that by accepting a mistake on your part to exceed 3 page limit [if you did] and still point out eligible points from page 1,2,3 that should be considered for MC3 eligibility.
multiple page condensed into one page with ineligible text
If applicable, you can point to link [online article or document] for further reading those pages.
not only that … does not adequately demonstrate “impact” of their work and whether their advance would be considered “significant”
You’d have to highlight impact as point out those sentences in the evidence files. Since you can’t provide additional evidence, your defense will have to be constrained to what you have already provided in the evidence files. Make sure to highlight “why” they should be considered significant explicitly. For e.g. even if “1 out of 1000 applicants” is significant, just call it out explicitly.
Straight up call this out as a miss on their part. List down pages for each of the evidences listed for OC3.

Good luck with the appeal! Caveat - I haven’t received a verdict on my application yet. So I haven’t undergone the process of appeal.
