Endorsement for UI/UX Designers and Front End Developers

Dear All, I am planning to submit my application for endorsement next month, and started preparing and gathering the data for the requirements.

I am a seasoned UI/UX Designer and experience Front End Developer with more than 15 years of experience, currently working in Abu Dhabi, UAE for a product led company. My question is

  1. Can I show details of my each successful product I designed (Web Application, Apps) as evidences ?
  2. My Project Mangers or Head of Client Services can give recommendations for me ?

One of my product is given award of Digital Excellence by Government of Abu Dhabi for Digital Transformation of Statistics Center Abu Dhabi. another of my designed product is recognized and run by as many 15 Government Entities

What else I need to show in my application and what are my chances.
