Your evidence shows good initiative, but let’s strengthen a few areas. Evidence 2 and 3 from your Mandatory Criteria will most likely be rejected. I’ve reviewed applications in the past where that was the case. Tech Nation requires events/speaking roles with 100+ attendees or main stage participation. Do you have any such evidences?

For the mentorship evidence, the official guide requires proof of structured programs with selection criteria - does your agency letter mention program scale (participant numbers) and how your mentorship advanced the field outside commercial activities? Additionally, it’s OC2 not OC4 right? Have you done your research?

It also seems doubtful that organising events qualifies for any of the criteria.

Thank you for your response. Should I keep mandatory criteria of 2 and 3 on optional criteria? And one of my big mistake was mentorship! It is Optional criteria 2, first I am considering this as optional criterion 4.

Do you have any more suggestions, that my evidences look strong and very good chance to get endorsement.

Thank you

Hard to say without looking at the actual application. I don’t think evidence 2 or 3 are valid for any requirements. They might be okay as supplementary evidence but definitely not the primary one.
