Quick question: has anyone successfully applied for a refund for the IHS charge which is incorrectly calculated for dependants?
My spouse paid significantly more than myself and my kids paid over what they were supposed to. I have seen other threads here discussing this issue but no one mentions if they have been able to get a refund.
Yes I got a refund eventually. I made a call to the home office (sorry, I cant remember the number I called). But I remember I had to try a few numbers I found on google before I got through to the right department. They asked me a few questions and then processes the refund. I think I got the money back 2 - 3 weeks after I made the call. Hope this helps.
