My husband applied on 1st August.There is no response yet.
Should i email and ask or wait for the 8 weeks timeline?
@Fariha_Kazi I completely understand how difficult the waiting can feel. Unfortunately there is little anyone can do other than wait for the full eight weeks. But be rest assured you will almost certainly receive a response before then
Not sure of your situation, but from experience applicants within the UK often receive their response a little later than others so it is likely just a matter of time.

ok. Thanks for the kind words, comforting… he has applied outside the UK.
I am seeing that people who applied like after 1st have received already their response, not sure what is withholding…
You see, application cases are different and most times delay does not mean something serious, I have seen cases of delayed application that got endorsed and some rejected. The same with early response rejection and endorsement.
Put you mind at rest, hopeful you will get a response soon.

Hi Faritha, whilst waiting window is 8 weeks and you are still within that, nothing to worry about. also, please check the spam folder, interestingly i came cross applicants receiving their email in spams. so keep checking,
