Confusion about work experience

Hi all, I’m applying for promise, but I have 5 years and 1 month experience in the digital technology space. Prior to this I had a 6 month internship in 2015. I want to know if this counts towards my work experience and if the assessors would expect me to apply as talent instead of promise.

I’ll like to know your thoughts on this. Thank you

The issue about internship as work experience was not clarified in the tech nation guide. To avoid this confusion, I personally you should state your substantive paid work experience. Let’s hope this distinction is addressed in the future.
