Conference Speaking Evidence

Hi there,
I was giving a talk at a developer conference South Eastern Nigeria with about 300 attendees.
The talk was being recorded. During the talk, the power went out and I had to complete it without the slides.

Do I submit the slides as part of the evidence for my talk(as well as the video recording), Should I be worried that it might not fly?

If you have invite letter, snapshots of you speaking on stage, any post on social media with significant engagement and thank you letter from organizers, you should be good

Thank you, Pahuja.
I’ll reach out to the organisers and get some letters

No. The flyer, a link to a blogpost/landing page about the event that mentions you as a speaker, pictures, slides, and the video you have should suffice.
I don’t remember submitting slides for any events though and I got endorsed.

Is the video on YouTube or on the website. You can add pictures, your name on programme of events, letter from organiser and video links if on YouTube or external facing website.

Oh, I’m still waiting for the video links to be ready.
But I have other links to the event that indicate that I was an invited speaker

That’s fine, if you have pictures then link to the video is not compulsory
